“Rim Country Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. Russ Myers completed a free inspection, and showed us pictures of the damage to our roof. He spent the time to clearly explain the three different options for a roof replacement and showed us the materials that would be used. We felt confident in choosing this company after meeting with him. Other roofing companies told us that we would need to contact our solar company to have the solar panels removed and reinstalled, but Rim Country Roofing took care of that for us. They coordinated everything with an electric company (who also did an excellent job) which was very helpful. Andrew and his crew were professional and communicative. They cleaned the site when they left each day and thoroughly cleaned around the entire house when the job was finished. Russ, Andrew, and Trevor were all great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had.”
“Trevor, did the inspection, then explained how the roof was holding up. Very professional and easy to understand.”
“After the hail storm last year we were inundated with roofers that want to inspect our roof for hail damage. We let one roofer check the roof who after the inspection said we did have hail damage. We contacted our insurance company who in turn sent out an adjuster. The adjuster did his inspection and said we did not have hail damage on our house roof. So, we didn’t pursue the roof damage any further. A couple of weeks later while I was working in the garage, Trevor from Rim country roofing stop by, he had been at our neighbors across the street checking their roof and wanted to know if he could look at ours. I told him what the first roofer said and the insurance adjuster said. He said maybe a second opinion would be good. So, Trevor did check the roof, in his opinion there was damage. So, long story short, Trevor asked who our insurance company was and the adjusters name. He said with my permission he would contact the insurance company and ask if they would send out a different adjuster, and he would personally meet the adjuster at our home. The insurance company sent out a new adjuster who meet with Trevor. The result, the second adjuster said the first adjuster must have been blind, because I for sure had a lot of hail damage. Soooooooo, thanks to Trevor and his professional work ethic and working relationship with the insurance company we got a new roof. The roof was installed by his professional crew, and it was installed right. Trevor did all the dealing with the insurance company and did what he said he would do. Thank you Trevor of Rim country roofing stop”
