They were professional and courteous but most importantly, they were thorough and communicated with us and our insurance company covering details throughout the replacement process and meeting with the adjuster. They even re-roofed our wood shed to match the house! “I honestly can’t say enough good things about the owners and crew at Rim Country Roofers. First of all, I like the fact they are a local company using people that live in our community. They worked with my insurance company to get my entire roof and gutters replaced, instead of the half way job the insurance wanted to cover. That was a huge help. When they came to replace the roof they were very careful to move any plants or yard decor that could possibly get damaged during the work. They got the entire roof and gutters done in one day. When they were done they cleaned up my yard and put everything back where it was and you couldn’t even tell they’d been there, except for the amazing professional job they did on my roof and gutters which makes my house look so much better.
